Should I remove gallbladder?

I have annual health checkups and in the space of a year I have been diagnosed with multiple gallstones and 2 liver lesions. I had an MRI which confirmed benign liver lesions. The last 6 months I have been getting tightness in right shoulder, sometimes heart palpitations. Doctor seems to think pain in not extreme enough to be removed but I just don't know what to do or if this pain is even gallstones related. I also wonder how I can go from having nothing wrong to 2 liver lesions and multiple gallstones in the space of a year. If I leave I worry I will cause further problems. Any advice?

If it is at all possible, keep your gall bladder! I sure wish I had mine back ! Perhaps they can remove the stones without taking your gall bladder out. Wish you well .

Your gallbladder must be removed if it's causing symptoms. Please seek a second opinion from another surgeon.
