gallbladder only working at 4%

Hello, three years ago i had a month and half of really bad stomach pain and could not figure it out. After having a scan and ultra sound I found my gallbladder was only working at 4%. No stones though. I got better seen two differant doctors and one said get it out the other said if its not bothering you leave it alone.
Well three years later i'm back in the same boat :-( except worse. Im having sever stomach pain, bloating, pain in my shoulders and feel like i have NO energy at all! My bathroom habbits go from solid to runny. I've had alot of heartburn and just feel miserable. I went to the E.R. three weeks ago cause it was hurting so bad they said it was my gallbladder and referred me to a surgen. Of course i cant get in for a month. Basically U want to know if this sounds like my gallbladder and ive heard so many mix thoughts on getting it out and people saying dont do it you will regret it. I just feel miserable. By the way im 44 male pretty healthy besides this lol. Please help.
thanks
Fred

Was hoping there would be answers for this question.
I have had similar gi issues for 2 years.
I'm healthy and active otherwise and in decent shape.
My ejection fraction is 7%.
I have felt bad this week so am consulting with a surgeon but some days are ok and it's hard to make a decision when there just isn't a lot of info.
