Ultrasound says ductal dilation still sick help

6 months ago I was awoken in the middle of the night with the worst pain in my stomach. It was so bad I can't say what one area it was affecting. It lasted 8 hoursish. Then about 2 months ago same thing. I've also had major heart burn symptoms for months regardless of what I eat. 3 weeks ago the constant weird dull pain below my right rib started and has not stopped. 24/7 but the evenings are always worse. Now it has spread to my right lower back. It's very tender. I feel like I have a 7 mos old baby in me kicking my right rib all the time. The doctors gave me an ultrasound and said they DO NOT see any stones but I have a dilated ductal and my liver is fatty. They said to stop eating fat. I have! I've always eaten healthy though. Good fats like avos, nuts, olive oil. I am on a bland diet, no alcohol for weeks now and no changes. I'm getting worse. Last night my hands, feet and lips went numb and I thought I was going to pass out. I've also been drinking beet juice, taking aloe vera juice, homeopathic help. NOTHING IS WORKING. Any suggestions? Should I get a different doctor?

Hello. Thank you for your comment. All my blood work came back normal. Liver, cell counts, anemia, hpylori, thyroid, etc... I got the works! I'm wondering if you think it could be a Hiatal Hernia. I read they mimic gallbladder issues and heart attacks. They're also common in woman who are tall and slender. (which i am) Supposedly you can get them from chronic stress/anxiety.( I lost my husband suddenly in death 7 years ago) If you think I might be right would you see a chiropractor? My next test (Endo) isn't until Oct 30th.

Hi, with the duct dilated and with your persisting symptoms you may need more tests like CT of the abdomen or even an endoscopy. How were the blood tests? Sometimes they can point towards a pancreatic pathology. Also, note that very small stones in the kidneys can pass through and they may be missed by routine investigations. But with this you will have some bleeding into urine. So, a urine analysis may also help. If you continue to have symptoms, you may need more tests to diagnose the cause. Regards.
