WILL I NEED SURGERY?

I had an Ultrasound of my Gallbladder on Thursday 2/27/19 and I was called after I got home and was told that I have 2mm gallstones in the gallbladder wall along the nondependant  portion. No inflammation, sludge or wall-thickening. My GI has now ordered a HIDA Scan. I have been having symptoms for a month now of reflux, gas, upper chest pain and pain in my upper back between my shoulders. What are my odds of needing surgery for this? Thanks!
