I dont know whats wrong with me

Hi, For the past 5 weeks, I have pain around my back where my kidney is. It has now moved to the bottom and side. If I make sharp movements, it will hurt. I get like a dull ache and sometimes sharp pains and burning. I have had 4 urine samples which 3 came back fine and the one in hospital said there was some blood in my urine.

There is a small amount of pain at the front of the area, but it's not too bad. It's hard to pinpoint the pain, it's like at my side but 10 cm into my body. I had a ct scan done and everything came back normal. I'm on an antibiotic in case there is an infection, but day 3 in and no change. I'm due to get an ultrasound done next week.

Anyone had similar to me? Any ideas what could be happening?
