Why are gallstones present 18 months after gallbladder removed?

Recurrent gallstones after gallbladder removed 18 months ago..  6 weeks after gallbladder removed, tremendous pain, liver enzymes skyrocketed.  Jaundice, urinating bile.... Had mrcp done (like MRI) did not show much, but with blood liver panel so dangerously high they did an ERCP.  I knew I was better instantly upon waking up from ERCP.  NOW, 18 months later, extreme "Gallbladder" pain, jaundice, liver enzymes and bilirubin rising quickly.  Voiding bile...
where these stones left in or are they new stones????
