Hello and hope you are doing well.

Any structural abnormalities in the gall bladder will need surgical correction. If it's a polyp and is causing symptoms, doctors may plan for the removal of the gall bladder. However gall bladder removal can cause fatty food intolerance. So, after surgery avoid all food high in fat and cholesterol.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
