gall bladder/ stones symptoms?

i have been having pain and i can feel it in the morning or when someone presses in the gallbladder area. I am getting an abdominal ultrasound for the gallbladder.

my symptoms have been
- back pain, but mostly on the lower right side. I know thats not a gallstone symptom
- diarrhea
- sometimes i have gas
- pain on my right side. i had to walk hunched over when i got up to walk and i also had to lie down a lot because pain was bad in March/April.

May 6th i had a fever and threw up six times. My period also ended that day. I was just wondering if these can be gallstone symptoms? My doctor also suggested IBS but i'm not 100% sure. I have an abdominal ultrasound for gallbladder scheduled for one month from now

Those sound like the symptoms I had with my gallstones.  I vomited every morning for 6 months as my main symptom for a long time.  I lost a lot of weight.  After I got diagnosed I had to wait a week for surgery.  At work we had a party, which unfortunately had pizza and the highest fat food on the planet - cheese cake.  I had veggie pizza and two bites of cheesecake to be polite (I had no appetite and never ate cheesecake EVER), and that's when I had my first gallstone attack.  It lasted 36 hours, and I had severe BACK pain which I think was on the left, and that's not even the correct side.  Didn't matter if the pain was "right," some people's pain is atypical and I already knew it was gallstones.

Hi, an ultrasonography can help pick up gallstones. In the meantime avoid all food high in fat and cholesterol. Also avoid all food high in calories and include plenty of high fiber diet. Avoid all fried food, fatty red meat, whole milk dairy products and highly processed food. Include plenty of fresh fruits, high fiber vegetables, whole grains, lean meat and low fat dairy products. This could reduce your symptoms of pain and gallstone formation. Regards.
