Hunger pains and vomiting

Periodically I’ll have hunger pains or a slightly queasy feeling, eat something, and then have to vomit almost immediately. In past years, eating would help but I would still have episodes of violent retching . These issues began 5 years ago during the same week I took antibiotics for suspected Lyme disease.  I take omeprazole for acid reflux. Have seen gastro and endocrine drs with nothing that jumps out as abnormal.  I posted once before but the symptoms changed in that initially no vomit now, I almost always vomit .
Then it goes away . I think oatmeal an issue but no one else seems to think the trigger .  It’s like something gets irritated or inflamed and the quiets down.
