I make sourdough milkshakes, 6 yrs, no health complaints, low pH kills pathogens?

I drink at least 25 grams of sourdough starter daily for many years in the form of sourdough milkshakes.  8 ounces milk, one tsp sugar. Refrigerate overnight. I add a variety of fruit and fruit flavors. They are delicious.  I eat the chips of dried raw sourdough starter. I include a variety of different nuts and fruit into the dry mix. Sometimes I incorporate cooked cereal into the drying process. These chips I eat as a snack. I believe my sourdough is high in B Vitamins though I have never done a nutritional analysis but I find my reflexes are A+ sharp. I started this to help my clumsy hand syndrome which had me dropping everything. I couldn't hold on to anything. After 4 weeks of the drinking sourdough milkshakes daily, my clumsy hand syndrome was cured. I sell as many as I make daily. No complaints from any of my friends who ask me for my sourdough milkshakes. I believe Rhodotorula fujisanensis is my predominant yeast- confirmed 4 years ago. pH around 4

I answered this years ago. It is a mistake to eat or drink raw sourdough. It contains phytic acid. This is know as an anti-nutrient because it binds to minerals. I became deficient in all my minerals. It was debilitating. Phytic acid also cause dental caries. I got so many cavities, I lost count. So it is definitely a BIG MISTAKE to drink sourdough shakes.

It is not possible to change your body's pH.  A biological mechanism called homeostasis actually prevents you from being able to do so via consumption of food or drink, because only a vary narrow pH range will allow you to survive.  Any pH above 7.45 can send your body into respiratory or metabolic alkalosis, and any pH below 7.35 can send your body into respiratory or metabolic acidosis, which can lead to death.

There is no point in attempting to change your body's pH - your kidneys and lungs will simply rebalance to the appropriate pH level.

I don't know what cured your clumsy hand, but it's got nothing to do with the food you eat, or the pH of that food.  You can continue to enjoy your sourdough treats, if you find them tasty, but they will not treat, prevent, or cure any illness.

Thank you CurfewX for taking the time to answer me. I do not mean change mybody/blood pH, I mean the pH of the sourdough is low enough to prevent pathogens from growing  with the exception of Listeria monocytogenes, which could possibly be there in milk. But like I said I have suffered zero ill effects of drinking the raw sourdough milksahkes. As far as the Clumsy Hand syndroime, I have thought possibly the high amount of Vitamin B12 contributed.
