Sick without any explanation, no tests indicate the root cause.?

Hello, I figured I would ask here for help as I am running both out of ideas and time to get this resolved. I am going to try and simplify this the best I can to make it easier to read quickly and get your alls opinions.

Symptoms:
1) Nasua
2) Vomiting
3) Severe Abdominal pain all over, not centralized
4) Diahrria, 6-12 times a day.
5) Low grade fever repeatidly. 99.8 has been the highest so far.
6) Cold chills/symptoms of a fever rising and falling.
7) Frequant urge to urinate.
8) Constant abdominal spasms and cramping like feeling.

Age: 24
Gender: Male
Tests Ran:
1) CBC/blood tests
2) Strep test, and cultures
3) Urine tests
4) Stool tests and cultures
5) Cat Scan with IV contrast to look at appendix and gulbladder

Every test above came back negative, my stool had white blood cells in it but the cultures came back with no positive results for any type of infection. Blood tests had all the counts they should for each of the tests.

Backstory:
Had wisdom tooth surgery on May 1st, 2014. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted under General Anestia. Afterwords I developed dry socket and had to have daily appointments for the medical guaze. My oral surgeon had me on keflex for almost a week then clindamycin for a week. The dry socket in both my teeth has recovered.

Starting alittle over a week ago I started having extreme nausua and vomiting, diarhea and all the symptoms above. I am not on any anti-biotic at this time.

To give you some more information the medications I am on are the following.
1) Addarall
2) Phengrin(for the nasua/vomiting)
3) Celebrex
4) Claritin
5) Benedryll
6) Tylenoll
7) Lexapro
8) Robaxin
9) Ambien

I also take my daily multivitamins and a potassium suppliment.

Hello, Thanks for your reply.

I would be glad to bring those ideas up with my primary. For some reason he thinks it could be my gulbladder, he prescribed me a medicine like Hyoscyiamine to see if it helps it. He doesn't seem to want to run anymore tests on me regarding this :/.

As a side note, my Gulbladder is 80% effective(which supposedly is 3-4x times normal). But I have known that for 2-3 years now without any problems with it really at all. My throught does have a fatty benign tumour pushing on my juglar and throught but he doesnt seem to think that could cause anything either.

I'd get tested for Celiac disease and anemia.

The body pain and anxiety are not normal.  Get your thyroid checked also.

Hello, Thanks for your reply. I will go ahead and answer your questions.

I have not seen a GI doctor yet, I have a 2 week period to get this diagnosed and fixed or I lose my job. I have been to the ER 2 times over the last week for this as the pain is near kidney stone level pain throughout the day.

As for my medications none of those are new, I have actually been taking them for the last few years. I was on ketoprofin but my ER doctor had me stop it about a week ago just incase it was the cause, which aparently it isnt.

Finally, in regards to the antibiotic I have started eating yogurt multiple times a day with the probiotics in them. It doesnt seem to have helped over the period of the last 4 days yet.

The nasuau, vomiting and pain are enough to where I cant work at all currently.

I am by no means an expert, but have you seen a gastroenterologist? If its something like a parasite, it may not show up on any of those tests, you may need a colonoscopy.
Also, that is a lot of medications you are taking. Are any of them new? Does your symptoms coincide with the start of one of them?
Antibiotics can wreak havoc on the digestive tract. It pretty kills off all the good bacteria thats in your gut, along with all the bad. I'd go get a good probiotic to take (speak to someone at a health food store) and eat yogurt.
