Abdominal Pain with elevated liver enzymes

I have been dealing with abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, some blood in my stools, and nausea and vomiting since July of 2016. Prior to that I had developed dizziness, numbness and weakness, facial flushing, tiredness, and rapid temperature changes since Oct 2015.

I have had an extensive workup including CT, ultrasound, MRI of brain and of abdomen, and gastric emptying studies. All of which were normal. Recently I went to the ER with worse pain. It was 10/10 (I think I have only used 10/10 once before). They ran another CT which was normal, but my liver enzymes were increased. The ER didn't really mention much about it, just that they were elevated, but since I had mildly elevated levels in the past it wasn't a big deal. When the labs got posted they were way higher than I have had before. They also increased REALLY rapidly. I had a blood test on 3/4/17 and ALT=11 ALP=56 AST=18, on 3/14/17, only 10 days later ALT=187  ALP=92  AST=112. Normal limits of my lab are ALT=6-37  ALP=39-117  AST=0-37. I'm not sure what to make of this and I contacted my doctor who just said to schedule an appointment. I probably won't get in for a week or two so I am just wondering what could be going on and if there is something that I am doing wrong. I do take tylenol PM at night for the pain (1000mg tylenol and 50mg diphenhydramine). Occassionally I will take one more pill of regular tylenol during the day, but that is it. So I am not exceeding 1500mg a day which is well below the recommended upper limit. I'm also taking a new Med Mirtazapine for the abdominal pain. Could the combination of those two meds be causing the increased liver enzymes? Should I be concerned at how quickly they went up?
