Abdominal pain

Over the course of the last month and a half I have been on 4 different antibiotics for different problems. Biccilin, azithromycin, amoxicillin, and clindamycin. About a week ago after I finished the clindamycin I had absolute crazy diarrhea, abdominal pain(mostly radiating from my right side) and loss of appetite. I was tested for cdiff. By my dr and the test came back -. My GI seems to think I my gallbladder was the culprit sent me for an ultrasound and that came back - for gallbladder problems. It did point out that I have a slightly fatty liver though. Can an ultrasound miss gallbladder issues?
