Biliary Dyskinesia

I have been told that I have this condition but have not had any testing or a comfirmed diagnosis. I have read through some posts on here about this condition an other sites as well and seem to have all the same symptoms and have been suffering for years with it. I also have liver disease. Due to lack of health care/insurance I cannot really pursue it further at this time. My question is this....can I have this condition although I had my gallbladder removed over 10 years ago? And if/when I am able to, which kind of doctor should I see for this?  And is this serious enough to make it a priority?  Can it lead to more serious issues? Sorry a lot of questions but I'm just a little frustrated. Thank you very much!!  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

It could be serious, but you don't even know if you have it.  If your doctors aren't helping you, then you should find different doctors.

Thank you for the reply. I do not have insurance at this time and cannot afford to see anyone for it. Is it serious? My main complaint is pain and of course doctors dont treat that anymore....they rather watch me suffer, so I do.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Yes you can still have this even if you have had your gallbladder removed.  I would highly recommend seeing a gastroenterologist about this to get a proper diagnosis.
