Biopsy of Stomach Polyp

So I had an endoscopy done and it showed mild gastritis and 2 cystic polyps. Biopsies were done and the results were mild irritation (mild chronic Gastritis) and -a liberal translation- It is observed a picture of bottom glandular polyp of body of stomach..please excuse as English is not my native language. Is this worrisome??

Hello and welcome to the forum. We thank you for your question.  We are here to help but please know the best source of information is your own doctor.  Stomach polyps in general are not terribly common and typically produce no symptoms.  Your gastritis is probably separate and this was found when looking into that.  Please know that most stomach polyps do not become cancerous. Your polyps could be basically because of the chronic stomach irritation from the gastritis. Here is information on stomach polyps. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/stomach-polyps/symptoms-causes/syc-20377992  Since they did a biopsy, what type of polyp is it?  This is a question to ask your doctor and also what is their recommendation for you.  If it was an adenoma which is the type of polyp most likely to become cancerous, they normally remove that. Polyps associated with familial adenomatous polyposis and very large polyps are usually removed as well.  However, smaller ones may not require any treatment.  They will want to get your gastritis under control and perhaps treat you for H.Pylori.  Please let us know if this information is helpful and if you will see your doctor soon.  For most people, stomach polyps are not dangerous.
