Questions on Multiple non specific fluid filled loops?

Recently had a CT for back pain.  This comment was on report.   Multiple nonspecific fluid filled loops of small and large bowel are incidentally seen in the abdomen and pelvis.  There is no abdominal aortic aneurysm.  
My bowel have never moved properly, I am 53 and can go for 1 to 2 weeks before I will have a bowel movement.  I am forced to rely on laxatives to clear my bowels. That is if I wish too.  I have grown acostume to my bowels not moving and only take laxatives if it persists for 2 weeks.  I have had upper and lower Gi’s as a kid numerous times!
They could never explain the issue.  My Mother and Daughters are the same way.  I believe it is a mobility issue.  However, what do these results indicate?  I will be seeing my Dr. Next week.  Thanks for any and all help.  ***@****.
