Excessive, loud stomach noises

I see I am not alone..I am concerned as I have this very loud stomach noise for hours after a meal!
It is very embarrassing and I cannot control it.  I would like to know why as it has only been perhaps tha last year.
Is this an age thing, or could it have something to do with NOT HAVING A GALLBLADDER?

Thanks for sharing I am having similar problem. Mine comes with heat like sensation and in my left side.

I must admit that unlike you I have been drinking alcohol quiet a bit recently due stressful situation.

I was concern so I saw my Dr who ordered for all the blood test you can think of including kidney and liver function.

Everything came back as normal. Mine become prominent after alcohol consumption. Any tips?

I have stop drinking and previously staying away from alcohol has helped.

I have the same issue and also have no gallbladder...removed in 2006. So, I have wondered the same question. For me, the issue has come and gone and my GI doctor has no clue. He prescribed a drug called Levbid, but it really didn't seem to have much effect. I have just begun digestive enzymes and probiotics, as some report promise...will report outcome, and look forward to hearing of success from you as well!
