Can someone help me understand my endoscopy results please?

For the past couple of months, I've been suffering with stomach issues. I've had a burning feeling and a feeling of my stomach being stuck after eating solid foods. In February, I had a colonoscopy and all they found was that I was chronically constipated. I thought taking Milk of mag every night would help, but after about a week, my symptoms came back stronger, so I went back to the doctor and insisted on having an endoscopy.

So, I had an endoscopy yesterday and my mom told me that the doctor told her that I had the stomach of a 50 year old (I'm 26 btw). I already have acid reflux, so I was thinking it was an ulcer. The results found Grade B esophagitis in the gastroesophageal junction compatible with reflux esophagitis. And the result for my stomach said "atrophic appearance to the gastric mucosa. Vascular patterns too prominent in the fundus. They took biopsies, but I won't get the results until next week. Can someone help me understand what the results mean?
