please help me i got smelling issues

please help me  im 14 i take showers every day and my freinds tell me i smell like poo its so embrassing i pass gas but not like the loud ones i keep them in me is it because i keep them in me and poo comes out i really need help because if this goes like this i cant marry

So sorry, I'm sure this is hard to deal with as a teen.  Have you been able to talk to your parents about this?  It sounds like a trip to the doctor is worth it and definitely a conversation with your parents.
