Could someone please try to help me? I know it's a lot of little issues, sorry.

I'm 34 years old. Everything started after I gave birth, to my only daughter, who is now 4 years old.
I was recently diagnosed with Low Mobility of the Sphincter (LES/ Esophagus). I also have: diverticulitis, gallbladder partially filled, 9mm cyst on my right kidney, fat liver infiltration, IBS, chronic moderate gastrite and acid reflux. I suffer from anxiety and stress (extreme stress). From this whole combo, what is bothering me the most right now is the fact that I have been suffocating myself with air/gas for the past year. I trap gas in my intestines, my belly gets very bloated. I also trap air inside my throat, esophagus, I can't burp. I was never able to. I often wake up not being able to breath. This only happens after i eat. At first it was a few foods, now even water does that to me. Gets much worst, if I take any medication ex. muscle relaxer, antidepressant. I feel that whatever relaxes my esophagus, makes it hard for me to breath. I also have a history of nasal congestion, which I think I fixed with a radio-frequency procedure, not too long ago. I feel that when I sleep, almost sitting because of the reflux, something happens and i maybe don't breath through my nose, so i breath through my mouth and then the issue of the esophagus makes the air trap? Sometimes Im feeling fine and go to bed, and wake up with a huge bloated belly and not able to breath. When I eat, I must drink water for the food to go down. My back aches and it won't go away.
I have also done sleep tests and I have no apnea. But apparently, something is happening while I sleep, as I don't reach the deeper levels.

I'm currently on Rabeprazole for reflux, Resotran for constipation, probiotics. I also use almagel plus, have used simenthicona, gas x and all the other medicines availabe at the pharmacy.

I'm tired. I'm frustrated. I'm scared. I have been through several family doctors and specialists. I don't know what else to do or what to try to fix first?

I forgot to mention that I have had ct scans done, several blood work, endoscopy, colonoscopy and that other exam that they put the tube down through your nose, until your esophagus and then record for 24 hours every time something doesn't feel right etc..
