Deformed pylorus

For the last couple of years I've had terrible indigestion symptoms that combine with excruciating stomach pains. I was referred for an endoscopy but after the procedure, the nurse wasn't able to adequately explain my procedure notes and I now have to way 6 weeks for a follow up appointment.

The notes said 'The pylorus was deformed in regards to its position but there was no surrounding inflammatory change or ulceration which would explain this. Normal mucosal appearances despite this to D2. CLO test negative'.

Is anyone able to explain what a deformed pylorus is and whether this could be the cause of my symptoms? They've told me I just need a routine follow up so I assume it's nothing serious but I really want to understand what's causing my chronic pain.
