Diagnosed with H Pylori

I was diagnosed with pylori. I used to have diarrhea 5-6 times a day if I ate a meal or if I ate a meal late. Is it common for pylori to cause such persistent diarrhea? I did a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. The intestines were fine but I was told I have gastritis. I have also been informed I have GERD and iron deficiency anemia. Starting to think this might be chrons. Been on pantoprazole. I've improved but I still get diarrhea maybe 1-2 times a day and its been at least 10 months since my eradication. Any suggestions? I tested twice so far with stool culture and a breath test. The pylori has been eradicated.
