Did I damage or perforated my bowel?

Hi All!

I did something which i regret. I decided to perform an 'enema', using the shower cord in my shower. I removed the shower head and performed the procedure using low running water (there was now that I think of it (almost) no 'gap' for air to pass by). I did it 2 times for around a second or two and estimate that each time around 50-100 mL water went in. Now I feel a weird but not too strong pain on my left side of my stomach. It is located in the middle of the left side below the belly. It was a centered/sharp pain first and now it is still a bit 'spread' but it still burns. Did I damage my colon/insides? Did I perforated my colon? Do I need to go to the ER? [I know this was a stupid idea :(   ]

The pain is less strong so that is good. But it is not completely gone though. The first day (nov 24th) it hurted and I didnt eat that day to be safe, nov 25 the pain was gone and I started eating and from nov 26 till now I still have some pain, sometimes it felt as if it is burning but not as painful/strong as it was at first.
Have some occasional 'sharp' pain in the lower left side but it is not as painful at first. Bending over makes it worse. Walking and running doesnt make the pain increase. Sitting and laying down does increase the pain a bit somehow. The stomach/lower abdomen felt kinda ''full'' . The pain now (nov 28) seems to be even a bit lower/less now but it is still there, and my stomach/lower abdomen still feels ''full''.

OMG.  I'm not trying to pile on here but why on earth would you do that.  A real enema that works in a normal way is a cheap thing to buy at the drug store.  You likely have some abrasions from this 'procedure'.  A perforated colon leads to sepsis and is beyond painful. Sick, fever, curled up in fetal position.  You'll likely know in a short time if you have a perforated colon.  So, I'm doubtful of that.  If it continues to hurt get checked out.  But ya, don't do anything like that again.

Yes I know. Most retarded decision I made in my life. So if it is indeed a tear/perforation of the colon then the pain should increase right (will go right away to ER if that happens)? And if not it will gradually decrease? Within which timeframe should I get it checked out if the pain does not increase but still stays there? (again, it was very stupid yes)
