Do I have an infection in my colon?
I went to the er for colon pain today but they didn't find anything and said i don't have an infection because I don't have a fever. My friend told me that he had the same pain and no fever and it ended up being an infection. I have an appointment with the gastroenterologist on Monday but am scared to wait until then without antibiotics if it is infected. I had a prostate exam but the pain is more internal.
