Do I need an endoscopy and colonoscopy?

Hello, 35 y/o previously health guy until I had several bouts of gut bugs over the last year with the most severe being December 2019. I have been eating a paleo type diet for years now minus the nuts and seeds and generally speaking have been well. Then in February 2020 I attended a meditation retreat and was eating plant based foods and when I got home I has a gluten free cake and immediately had very bad gas and then a day later had some diarrhea, a minor fever, and severe fatigue and bloat. Since then, I have had regular bouts of bloating, abdominal pain (mainly epigastric region), excessive belching, severe fatigue, and depression. I am eating a lowfodmap diet which helps for the most part but in general my gut still feels off like food just sits there.

Should I seek a GI to get some major testing done? What does this sound like? Thanks
