Does Gerd cause changes in stool ?

I was told I had Gerd a few months back after being put through the ringer . CT scan , colonoscopy , celiac testing , hpylori stool test etc.  I was told it was POSSIBLE I had IBS as all of this has went on my bowel movements have been all over the place. Small flat pieces. Soft pieces all over the toilet. Etc . The last few days I noticed my stool was like a greenish yellowish kinda color . I had been experiencing some crampy type pain on the left side of my abdomen .and quite a bit of gas .the bowel movements would kind of hut me all of the sudden and come out quickly . It's not diahrea like though . Of course as many of you know when you set out to Google your symptoms your Immediately dying of pancreatic cancer .  Does Gerd cause any of this ? Am I anxious over nothing

Its most likely food related. im not 100% on gerd causing that much issue with bowels. What is your diet like? do you eat clean?
Try avoiding gluten, processed foods, dairy, and high fats for a week or two and see if there is any improvement. If you are eating foods that your body is either sensitive to or cant digest its going to make your BM all mucked up.
Try eating things like white meat chicken and turkey, either steamed or cooked in organic coconut oil. steamed veggies, and brown rice. You want to eat foods that are easy to digest. Also, add some foods that are high in prebiotics and probiotics. you can also take a probiotic supplement. As well as digestive enzymes.
Do this for a few weeks and see if you notice a difference.
