Does i have a serious problem or what i need HELP?! im tired of searching !

5 months ago i started to had a digestive system problems symptoms like bloat and feeling of fullness they said to me i have a colon problem then i had gerd after that and feeling of heartburn i took ppi like omeprazole and when i stop it the gerd symptoms appear again and with all of these symptoms i feel numbness sometimes in my left head and my arms and legs come and goes and my breath is shorten without reason and globus sensation in my throat ! i always take launch at 6 PM and i dont have dinner when i sit to eat launch suddnly i feel fullness nausea and cant eat a gram of food even ! i did ultrasound on my abdomen my chest all fine i did Ct for my chest was also fine i did also a mri on my brain and its normal ! i did blood investigations like cbc,,tsh,,liver enzymes ,,kidney function test,and all these tests was normal ! i dont know what i have iam tired and feel dizzy always and fatigue Please help me

I thinks it's time you got a better picture.    If not contraindicated it's time for a endoscopy.   Go too see a GI doctor.
