Enterococcus Avium and C Diff

Enterococcus Avium

I have had chronic diarrhea since July 5th. I had a negative C Diff test in August. In September 24th I was hospitalized with severe stomach cramps and dehydration. At this time I tested positive for C Diff. I was on 21 days of Vancomycin. Severe cramping has resolved but I have continued to have chronic Diarrhea, weakness and weight loss. In December 14th I went to a walk in clinic with weakness, feeling SOB, more diarrhea and feeling like my heart was racing. I was given a C. Diff culture which was negative but showed “many Enterococcus Varium”. I am wondering if this is a pathogen when found in stool and if/how it should be treated.

Please get Florastor
Over the counter

http://anaturalhealingcenter.com/documents/Thorne/monos/SacroB%20mono.pdf

It works!!
The only over the counter probiotic containing  Saccharomyces boulardii.

I did the research because I contracted c-diff and could not find any medications that worked.

This did.

Oh my goodness.  I will tell you I had a terrible experience after a long bout of needing antibiotics for a tooth situation.  I thought I had C diff. I will tell you that I am 'mostly' recovered.  I got on heavy duty probiotics.  Are you taking these?   I looked at natural ways to restore gut flora.  I'm not the greatest at the doctor thing.  :-/  Being honest with that.  So, I tried this first.  I ate fermented foods like sauerkraut and pickles every day.  I learned about prebiotic foods. https://www.webmd.com/digestive-disorders/prebiotics-overview  I really liked kombucha tea which I bought premade mixed with juice at my grocer.  I drank some daily as well.  I'm not a holistic health person or all natural.  but I wanted to give my gut the best chance at recovering the depletion of good bacteria.  It took about 3 to 4 weeks and it got better.  What did they suggest with the strain of bacteria that they found?  Are they treating with more antibiotics?  If they are, I just recommend that you do the prebiotic/probiotic thing along with for your best chance to get over this.  And if it keeps going on and on, fecal transplants apparently do wonders. Let me know how you are doing, I feel your pain.
