Evolved problems with diagnosis never concrete?

SLE with a few other issues Im trying to get a handle on but well start with this. Ive lost my job. 39 so disability isnt on the table. I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT my life my health but they have discovered hiatal hernia 3 cm(also 32 cm from incisors narrows at 35cm) , ulser 8mm with erythematous mucosa found in the entire stomach. Zline 32 cm from incisors .
Any opinions?
