Watery, clear, foul-smelllrectal discharge with foul smell

I've had a clear, watery rectal discharge for a couple months. The liquid has a fishy/sewer smelling odor. The discharge worsens when I'm anxious and smells like a flatulence when I'm sitting/trapping the moisture. I have also noticed that my stool has had a particularly foul smell lately. My symptoms are anal itching, some burning with the discharge and anal discomfort. I payed the GI a visit and recieved a physical exam. The doctor couldn't find anything and put me on a week's dosage of antibiotics which did not solve the problem. I am not sexually active and have been taking one seven-billion unit probiotic tablet every day. My age is seventeen. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like intestinal mucus. Mucus is found in all stool but usually we cannot see it alone since it "coats" stool so it can leave the body more smoothly. When mucus is present alone it usually points to inflammation in the intestines. This can mean eating something you have a sensitivity to, or something as common as constipation.

It has a fishy smell by itself, but if it touched stool then it can be responsible for that fishy sewage odor.

Your bowels are probably backed up. Treat the constipation, make sure you drink enough water and get enough soluble fiber everyday, and the smell and leakage should go away.
