Exercising your bowels

Hi there,

I started a workout routine two weeks ago and I am noticing changes that I was not expecting.  I have always had great, easy, regular bowel movements.  I could count on a morning movement that took less than a minute, it was large, not too soft nor too hard and not painful.  Now that I have been exercising and eating better without cutting anything out of my diet completely I am having a hard time going.  I feel like I have to often, but nothing.  Then when I am able to it is not complete and very hard and sometimes painful.  The only changes have been exercise and addition of the energy drink, Cranergy by Ocean Spray.  I am not too worried yet, but I would like to know what is going on.  For now I will add more water to my diet as well as fiber.

Thanks for your help!
