Extreme pain below the belly button

Ok I constantly feel bloated and never have an appetite.. I have these random extremely painful attacks a few times a week the pain is extremely painful and is always followed by burning diarrhea. Have had both scopes done swallowed the camera and tons of blood work so far nothing I have stopped going to the doctor due to having to many doctor bills. It started happening a few years ago with attacks that were spaced out and then one day I had an attack and ever since that day I feel bloated and have abnormal bowel movements no appetite and the attacks are more frequent.. pain is below the belly button and definitely a 10 on the pain scale causes me to sweat and everything. Any ideas?
