Fatigue, stomach upset

I'm female, 26 years old, it's been 2 months since i had this fatigue feeling and stomach upset, i gad an ultrasound done for whole abdomen and everything went fine, also had thyroid panel and blood test and lipid panel, all went fine except for slightly elevated triglyceride level and SGPT level. Been diagnosed with GERD and given pantoprazole and rebamipide for 6 weeks, i noticed that my heartburn was gone but everytime i wake up in the morning i feel like my stomach is so empty that i almost faint, that's why im catching my breath.

Hope someone can help me with this

I used to defecate every other day now it's already everyday sometimes constipated sometimes not
