Fecal Incontinence

So i have been dealing with this issue for over a year. It comes and goes. I am 26 years old and am currently suffering from leakage of bowels. This can vary from a little liquid to a small amount of stool. I had a flex sigmoid and the GI said my muscles down there were fine and he didn't notice anything. I have very loose stools and have a bowel movement about 3 times a day. He put me on colestipol, but it didn't fix my issue. It helped with the loose stools though. I also changed my diet and eat really healthy now and a lot of fresh fruits and veggies. Cutting back on fast food to 1 time a week (if that).

Yesterday i started tincture of opium, 2 drops a day. I am sure that will help with the loose stool, not so much with the fecal incontinence. I am also taking probiotics. Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips?

Just some background, i am not sure what triggered this. I am a 26 year old straight male. The only thing i can think of is about a month or so before i started noticing this issue i was very ill. I had really bad diarrhea for almost a month. My PCP thought i had limes disease but wasn't sure. She put me on an antibiotic and it went away.
