Feeling of slight discomfort, abdominal area. What can it be?

The day before yesterday I started to feel some abdominal sensitivity (not pain) and a general feeling of not being as well as usual. The mild discomfort is left side abdominal area, I think under the rib. Never had this before and no idea what it is. Bowel movements have been less frequent than usual.  Started taking Losartan 25 mg five days ago.  Any possible insights?  Thanks
