Foul Gas Smell

Hi,
I am one year post op from having a total colectomy, having my small intestine attached to my rectum and did not need a bag. However, I have the most foul smelling gas and bowel movements. I eat only seafood, veggies, salads, drink soy, lactaid, vegetable juice, prune juice, egg whites and soy bacon and sausage. Oh and I can't forget the fact that I drink mounds of water a day, (4 minimum 16oz bottles) but when I go to the restroom, or pass gas, it can clear a room. Is it something between the connection of the small intestine and the rectum that is causing such a foul smell?

Also the prune juice may be causing it.

Soy is not good for you. Google it. Try Almond milk. Omit all soy from your diet!
