Surgery for bowel obstruction

I've had a serious surgery for a bowel obstruction when I was around 4 years old. They had to cut 70cm of my intestine. I've discovered that this operation probably caused some changes in my growth.

Is that true? I'm 27 (male) and around 5ft8 (1.74cm). Is it possible to say how much this surgery modified my growth? Or is it impossible to tell?

Thank you!
