Gallbladder pain but no gallbladder

I recently have been having pain in my mid chest area uppergastric region. The best way to describe it is a pressure pain. Feeling overly full to the point like I could explode. Symptoms include- No appatite, nausea. acid indigestion, bouts of sever chest pains abdominal like spasms of whole abdomen, like my guts just hurt , I have had all kinds of x-rays, blood work, gastric endoscopy and they find nothing. The symptoms have been on going for a month now. I even saw a heart doctor and everthing has been normal. I have an appointment with a gastroenterologist next week. I am still afraid they will not figure out what is going on. I wonder if my stomach is not emptying correctly? I am moderatly overweight but otherwise healthy and nolonger have my gallbladder. This is making my life just awfully uncomfortable . As a 49 year old non- tradtional college student may affect my chance to pass this semester. If I do not get this problem solved soon I may not pass, I already had to quit my job. Tired of feeling sick anyone have any idea whats going on?

Try a low fat diet. It may be of help. In the meantime, you may want to read through this: http://hopkins-gi.nts.jhu.edu/pages/latin/templates/index.cfm?pg=disease1&organ=3&disease=12&lang_id=1

It may, or may not be the problem, but you need to make sure to rule it out.
