Gallstones

I was diagnosed with 2 cm gallstone 2 years ago. I never had gallstone attacks. My only problem is belching and having foul gas.  Trying to avoid that via watching what I am eating. Should I have my gallblader removed? I planning to became pregnent.

Thanks a lot for your answer. I am very confused what to do.  As I said before no pain, my only problem is belching and  foul gas. Did you had a gas problem before surgery? and what about gas after surgery? I heard that a lot of people have a gas problem after surgery.
