Gastritis and IBS?

I have not been well. About 2 months ago, a day after my birthday i woke up feeling nauseus and very weak/fatiqued. i also felt out of breath and had terrible cramps in my tummy, accompanied by diarrhoea. Went in to the doctor who diagnosed me with gastritis and put me on nexium and ulsanic. she also said i had too much acid in the body which resulted in me making frequent to the toile mostly at night to pass urine. She also referred me to a dietician who did not help much. Fast forward to date, the nausea is hardly ever there, but i still get bouts of fatique. extensive blood tests have been conducted and they came back showing nothing. I went to see a gastroentorologist, who said i have gastritis plus IBS, but sent me home to continue with the medication my GP had prescribed. Ive also been referred to a psychologist who has diagnosed me with mild depression and generalised anxiety. Most dayd i feel like crap. I seem to produce a lot of stool most days, and the food i eat seem to come out partially undigested and the stools are green in color. The cramps come and go. Im going back to see the gastroentorologist next week. Somebody ever experience this and was healed? Im convinced i have some cancer.
