What can I make of this Strange dermal result from Colonoscopy?

Just had a colonoscopy today and came out with a very red Rosacea on my left arm and hand after the procedure. I was lying on my left side during the procedure and when I showed the dr. He said it was probably due to lying on my arm during procedure!?? Have you ever heard of that? If so how long should I worry?? It is bright red looks like a chemical burn?! All sides of only my left arm, and looks like capillaries or cells bleeding in tiny dots all over.
