General issues with digestion/swallowing.

I'm a 25 year old female.

I'll break this down into a few points, to make it easier.

1 - Swallowing issues.
  - Sometimes my throat will refuse to swallow whatever is in my mouth, whether that's saliva or drinks or liquid, my throat will just not swallow.

  - Sometimes I'll get quick onset, moderate pain in my throat, chest and back when I swallow. This typically happens when I swallow liquids or food. The pain itself is a tight, pulling type of pain.

  - When I swallow food or pills, they will feel like they are getting stuck in my throat, and I need to swallow a lot to make the feeling go away.

2. General digestion.

  - I have chronic nausea, have for as long as I can remember. It never really goes away, it just swings between mild to moderate, typically. Sometimes swinging all the way into severe.

  - My stomach bloats and hurts after I eat, no matter what and how much I eat. I'm pretty consistently bloated, even if I just have foods I've deemed as safe.

  - On the subject of stomach bloating, if I eat certain foods, my stomach will bloat to the point of it being hard like a rock.

  - What comes out doesn't really look fully digested? I mean my poop. I have taken to eating more blended and liquid meals, because of this, because it seems to help.

Non-GI but possibly related

  - I am always tired, I wake up tired, I sleep a lot but typically don't feel like I've slept at all.

  - I've had digestion and other issues for as long as I can remember. Migraines, dizziness, being easily overwhelmed especially in places that are loud or have a lot of smells.

Non GI and probably unrelated, but I feel it's better to put it down, to be as complete in information as possible.

  - I have a lot of pain issues, my legs always hurt, my neck always hurts, baseline pain level would be a 4, getting worse throughout the day, up to a 8 on really bad days, but typically goes to a 6 or 7, right now it's at about a 6, I can't really ignore it, but I can function. My legs feel like they could easily get up to an 8 today. Medicine doesn't really get rid of the pain, it just gets it further down the pain scale to a more manageable and ignorable level. They're very twitchy, especially around the knee. I also have days when I just have pain, I can't find the source, it's just widespread, persistent pain.

  - I get sick very easily, colds, infections, the flu.

  - I have very sensitive skin, I still haven't found a face wash that doesn't cause my skin to get red and patchy and I've been looking for years.

  - It's a trial to do even small things, like taking a shower, cleaning up after myself, making food, putting on socks and shoes. I drop things a lot, my legs have the issues I listed above, and also give out a lot.

I currently am having big issues, unsure as to why, as I didn't eat any foods that I thought were unsafe, I've been having severe indigestion and nausea, a few instances where I was almost vomiting, and my stomach distended to the point that my shirts weren't fitting and was rock hard. I haven't eaten an actual meal in a couple days, relying predominantly on nutrition shakes and attempting to eat small things like bananas.

I believe that covered everything.
