Grease in toilet???

I'm sorry if this is gross, but I need your help.  I have never had any problems until about 2 weeks ago.  I was on this very strict diet for 3 months where I only ate meat, veggies, eggs, nuts, seeds, and a little fruit.  Well, it's the holidays, and, you know, I kind of cheated and ate the worst foods possible (fudge, cookies, etc).   That's when my problems started.  I tried to do some research online but can't find anything about what's going on with me.  It looks like drops of grease in the toilet and I'm wondering when it will go away.  Sat night was the last time I cheated.  I had some baked beans.  I'm scared because I'm worried this is permanent and I don't really have the money to see a doctor.
Thanks so much.

Just an update...it's been 4 days back on the diet and I'm feeling better.  I am a little nervous that I screwed up my system somehow by being on this diet.  Maybe my digestive system is so used to the foods I eat now that anything else is considered poison.  Who knows...
Anyway, thanks again for your replies.

Thank you so much for your replies.  I need all the help I can get.  I bought some digestive enzymes today hoping that would help.
To answer your question, yes, I still have my gallbladder.
Do you think being on this diet did something to my digestive system, like damaged it or something?  I've never, ever had any type of stomach problems.  That's why this is so upsetting.

An oily substance can be found with forms of fat malabsorption. That can be known to develop in a number of GI issues. Two are with pancreatic/gallbladder problems and with celiac disease.
