Greasy stool

I used to go to washroom one time and stool was fine, however I am taking kirkland vitamins and mineral supplement one tablet a day on daily basis and I go to the loo 2 times. One in morning and then in evening. Also note that I am only doing breakfast and dinner these days and no food in between. I haven't lost any weight and its maintenance at 77 kg and I am 26 years old. Its been over a month to those greasy stools and also they are not always greasy. For like 10% of the time they are just fine but mostly it's greasy. Should I be concerned? Should I stop taking those supplements?

Hope you are getting better.  How many times have you had loose stool? How many days? Do you have a fever or bad cramps? If yes to the above then it could be a virus or bacteria.  If this is the case stay hydrated by drinking water and you can get drinks with potassium in them like Gatorade. Then see a doctor.  If you don't have any other symptoms stay hydrated and try the BRAT diet. It is bananas,  white rice, applesauce (a little) and toast or white bread. This diet is minimal and should help. If it persists and or you have a fever and or cramps,  see a doctor. Hope it passes soon.  Ironically,  I have a similar problem right now. I have had diarrhea with no fever or cramps for a week.  I went into the doctor and she listened to my stomach/intestines it was normal.  I have been on the BRAT diet for a week and it is better but not gone. I hope it does soon. But I only have twice a day

No fever or cramps or anything. Its just greasy stool. I did not take vitamin supplement today and stool was just normal. I guess the supplement have a side effect that it causes disturbance in stomach. I'll take a week to test myself and will get back to you.

I take that same supplement.  There are no recalls on it. My husband takes it and he is fine.  Malabsorption syndrome,  is when you can't absorb essential nutrients.  You could have a food allergy. Have you lost weight ? Also gallbladder problems can cause greasy stools. You should see a doctor.  If you get a option a Gastroenterologist.

Nope no weight loss, completely healthy and feeling fine.
Glad you are feeling well.  Its possible that it is the multi-vitamin. Maybe there is something in it your intestines don't like. Or you may not be absorbing your food well.
