Green Stool?
Does anyone know what would cause green stool? I have had green bowel movements for the past 2 weeks.
green stool means your liver is working too quickly when you stool is going through the 'motions' it goes from green to yellow to brown,so as you can see it's just all happening to quickly please go to a doctor and drink plenty of fluids

Yes, infections can cause green stool. Also certain foods can cause green stool.
I have MS, also. I also get migraines and often crave chinese food or anise before a terrible migraine ensues. Several times I have eaten lots and lots of black licorice. That can turn your stool absolutely green to my dismay.
So, I would look at my symptoms, my medications, and my diet for clues as to the change in the color of my stool.
