Iv had acid reflux all my life 25 years and never been able to burp instead I get gurgling when growing up I thought was normal but recently I can’t cope I get it 24/7 people say when you sleep on your left side you be fine doesn’t work the gurgling starts but if I sleep on my right side or on my back I get heartburn so I can’t win.

Sumthink this goes hand in hand with my anxiety attacks

Some times I get pressure In my chest to the point I feel I need to vomit but I don’t

I been to doctors they don’t listen only give me gaviscon that doesn’t work

This is that churning, burning that comes with reflux?  Oh, I hate that.  I've had that.  Mine comes BECAUSE of reflux.  I would think that it might be tied up in that.  What about treating your reflux with medication?  I would try to get to a GI doctor.  A gastroenterologist.  That way you can look into everything gi related.  It could be reflux. But how is the health of your gallbladder? They can check it all.  Gaviscon is one treatment option for reflux but there are many more that might work better for you.  Also, are you at all over weight?  Do you pay attention to what you eat before bed in particular?  When pregnant, I had terrible and uncomfortable gurgling when I went to bed.  I found I had to cut off liquid several hours before bed and could only eat something like a few grapes or small bit before bed.  So, maybe also keep a food diary to see if what you eat and when impacts it.
