Lactase 15 U/g (>20)

Sucrase 40 U/g (>50)

Maltase 105 U/g (>140)

Male, 36 years old, lifelong history of abdominal pain and discomfort, plus related respiratory difficulty - all symptoms can be relieved by applying strong exterior pressure to the upper abdomen (1 - 5 days of symptom relief). Pyloric stenosis surgery at 3 weeks old, nissen fundoplication at 19yrs to treat severe reflux.
