HELP!

Hello, I am a 26 year old otherwise healthy female. I have some questions regarding care i have been receiving, or lack there of. I went to the Emergency room in late January with what i thought was a stomach bug, symptoms included severe nausea, vomiting, and upper right painful stomach cramps. I could barely walk they were so painful. Upon arriving blood tests were taken, these are the abnormal values that were found. -Absolute lymph-0.9; Anion Gap-9; Bun 4; Calcium 8.3; Ast/SGOT-139; Alt/SGPT-137; ALK phosphatase-138. With those results, and the fact that they suspected issues with my gallbladder but i had it removed 7 years ago, i received an ultrasound as well as an mri/mrcp. Those results are as followed: TEST RESULT DETAILS: MRI MRCP
1. Cholecystectomy.
2. Mild to moderate prominence of the intra-and extrahepatic bile ducts.
Much of this is probably due to the post-cholecystectomy state, especially
given history of cholecystectomy about 5 years ago. However, clinical
correlation should be made to exclude underlying sphincter of Oddi
dysfunction, given the mildly more prominent bile duct caliber compared to
the prior noncontrast CT of 11/1/2011. However, please note it is very
difficult confidently evaluate the common bile duct and intrahepatic bile
ducts caliber on the prior noncontrast CT.
3. Reassuringly, no evidence for pancreatic duct dilatation.

TEST RESULT DETAILS: US ABDOMEN LIMITED
Date Taken:
1/30/2014 10:25 AM

IMPRESSION:
1. Status post cholecystectomy. Mild prominence of the extrahepatic common
bile duct measuring 10 mm. This is a stable finding from 2011 CT scan.
2. No intrahepatic ductal dilatation or mass lesion in the liver.
3. The remainder of the right upper quadrant ultrasound is grossly
unremarkable.

So they suspected some possible form of Hepatitis was causing the elevated liver levels, and sent me home. I went back on the following Thursday over a week later because i was still feeling quite ill, like i felt like i had the flu, cold, chills, etc. New tests showed: bun-3;bun/creatine ratio-4; AST/SGOT-70;ALT/SGPT-175;ALK/PHOSPHATASE-156;COLOR OF URINE-STRAW(A); and specific gravity <1.005. My iron was also 40, with the percent iron saturation-10. So i was referred to a GI specialist, i went to him, he said maybe it was a virus traveling through my body causing this, and drew new labs. He said he thought it may be Sphincter of Oddi Dysfunction, but doubted it. So i left and waited until a few days later for the results, Doctor was out of town, they told me my levels came up a bit, but  that i had tested positive for Eppstein-Barr virus but they said values were low? And said they didn't think the GI doc would want to do the ERCP to check for Sphincter of Oddi, The week after they called me and said doc still wanted to proceed with the ERCP/EGD. I never received the results or reports on the findings of that test only that they said i had significant inflammation in my stomach that was found on the EGD, and that they proceeded with the Sphincterotomy because they did say i had Sphincter of Oddi Dysfunction. Well i got to the hospital for the procedure at noon and wasn't released until 9pm that evening, i woke up out of sedation with a bad stomach ache, but i have two small children at home and convinced her to let me go home even though i had the pain. Things haven't turned around, i left there still facing stomach pain, and flu like symptoms, for over a week. Its been 3 weeks since my procedure and i still feel drained, like garbage, the other night i had a similar stomach pain to what i had felt before i received the sphincterotomy. I told them about this issue, they told me to continue taking this medication called Omeprazole, they said since the inflammation was so bad in my stomach that was probably causing the pain, and they told me to double my dose of the medicine. I still feel not good. I feel like i have been gaining weight, without diet change, and have had little to no energy, also i feel so completely out of it, i have no idea what could be the matter with me! And no one is telling me anything! So i called a great hospital around here, the best of the best, and they told me they don't take new patients on without a referral from a specialist i already see, and a primary physician, but i didn't have any of those. I told them about my situation and the scheduler said she had to talk to her higher up, the person told the scheduler that they would get me in the soonest they had available which is April 8. They didn't need the referral either, they said they received my test results, etc. and that they take on some patients depending on there situation, so thats why they took me. Im sorry this was so long! i am just struggling! i have a 5 year old and a 13 week old and need to be healthy for them! Please help!

I had a normal gallbladder removal when I was 19, I am now 26. I am on no medication currently except for the one that reduced stomach inflammation as mentioned above, other than that, i haven't been for awhile.
