Have both gallbladder polyp and “minimally complex” liver cyst. Very scared

I’ve been having right side pain, gurgling stomach, and saw my DO. She sent me to get a US.  Here are the results. I have a follow up with my DO next week. I am beyond terrified and haven’t slept in like 2 days. I’m hoping someone can shed some light on the results for me. Blood work was normal.

“Your labs are normal other than blood in your urine. If you were not on your menses, I recommend a CT IVP for further evaluation Your RUQ ultrasound shows a gallbladder polyp and a complex hepatic cyst. CT will further evaluate these areas.”

“1. Solitary minimally complex right hepatic lobe cyst.
2. Solitary gallbladder polyp.
CLINICAL INFORMATION: Escalating right upper quadrant pain.
COMPARISON: No prior similar study is available for review
presently.
FINDINGS:
Multiple sonographic images of the right upper abdominal quadrant
demonstrate normal hepatic size. No hepatic mass is seen. However, a
right hepatic lobe cyst is identified with low level internal echoes,
rendering mild internal complexity. Size measures 23 x 16 x 22 mm.
Gallbladder demonstrates no evidence of cholelithiasis. Small polyp
is identified, 4 x 2 mm. There is no biliary ductal dilation. There
is no pancreatic mass.
Right renal length measures 10.1 cm, unremarkable.
There is no abdominal aortic aneurysm. There is no ascites”

Update: Saw the doctor last week and they will send me for CT scan. But there is blood in my urine again and I have to go tomorrow for another urine test. I was on my period the first time, but there still is blood last time--I do think it might be a UTI, I hope.  But she told m not to worry and to remain calm and that we would figure it out.  I am still freaking out, especially that I have to go back from another urine test. Anyone else experience a cyst, polyp, and blood in urine at the same time?  I am just so mad. I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, eat healthy and work out 2x per week. I am only 44 with an 11yr. I can't think today.
