Hemangioma of the Liver

What are the conservative managements for a patient with hemangioma of the liver (benign)? Any feedback will be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi there!

Hepatic haemangiomas are benign masses and do not require treatment unless large or symptomatic; where management is usually interventional/ surgical. Conservative management is largely symptomatic alone and often an adjuvant to an interventional/ surgical procedure such as embolisation, ligation etc.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
